Our family vacation at Kata Beach was truly memorable! The hotel offered a warm welcome with personalized touches, including a handwritten note from the General Manager. The spacious family room had everything we needed, and the pools were fantastic. The beach is just a short shuttle away, making it very convenient. However, the food in the hotel could be better, and some parts of the hotel could use a bit of refreshing.
